Trainee Procurement Administrator
Elmwood Site Services are recruiting a trainee procurement administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be confident on a variety of computer systems, be keen to learn and proactive in their approach.
In order to be considered for this role you will be required to demonstrate effective communication at all levels, with good interpersonal and influencing skills.
You must be organised & work well under pressure as you will need to multi-task, understand, collate and analyse large amounts of information.
To create and maintain all records concerning items used by the business to order goods and services.
To assist where required, with invoice queries received, liaise with client accounts to ensure suppliers are paid and orders placed in a timely manor
To ensure that all invoices are processed efficiently and authorised correctly for payment. Whilst maintaining real time accounts for more than one project at any one time
To ensure that all documentation is effectively stored and maintained To handle internal and external queries relating to products and suppliers. Maintaining excellent working relationships with end users to promote value for money.
To create, keep and maintain a record of activity undertaken so that communication and order process remains streamlined General adminsitration and support
